Lead management to never lose a lead

Did you know that Intaker is now a full-force CRM? It can text, email, schedule meetings, and collect e-signatures for the dashboard.

Intaker “Desk” is your virtual office and is where all new client communication lands. You can also send “Desk items,” meaning forward a text or email to a colleague to allow them to respond.

The point of Desk is to optimize efficiency and streamline communication so that everything runs smoothly.

If you need to wait to reply to a new message, you can “snooze” the item to get reminded later. These examples only scratch the surface of what Intaker’s CRM is capable of and how it can support your law firm.

Send automated messages in series using sequences

One of Intaker’s newest features is messaging sequences which allow you to send a combination of text and emails automatically.

One use case would be following up with a new lead until they schedule a meeting. You can prepare a sequence to be sent to all new leads that auto-stops once they respond.

Sequences are useful during onboarding to send messages about the next steps, and even after the case is complete to ask for positive testimonials.

We will teach you pro tips about setting them up, avoiding ending up in the junk folder, and perfecting messaging with split testing.

Intaker’s Advanced Lab Series is all about you, the attorneys. The goal is to empower you with the knowledge to make the most out of Intaker. If you’re using the software, it’s worthwhile to learn all the tips and tricks to get the most out of it.

The hosts include Pooya Abka (CEO), Joe Ruotolo (Strategic Partnerships Manager), and Diana Enfinger (Customer Success Specialist). It will consist of break-out rooms, meaning we take an intermission from the presentation and allow you to ask questions in small groups.
